Effective October 15, 2026. Libro Lantern is an independent accounting and bookkeeping matching service in its launch phase.

What we collect

We collect information you enter in the request or firm application: contact details, business location, size, service needs, software, goals, and consent. We also save the referral source supplied in the page URL. Please do not submit SSNs, tax IDs, tax returns, bank details, credentials, or financial documents.

How we use it

We use this information to review requests, evaluate independent firms, identify service fit, and contact you about the request. We do not automatically distribute leads. A specific introduction requires your approval before contact details are released. Firm applications remain pending until reviewed.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the hosted application database. The operator workspace is access-controlled. We do not sell submitted contact details or use third-party advertising trackers in this launch version. We retain requests while they are being reviewed and serviced; the operator can delete records when no longer needed.

Firm accounts and introductions

Pacioli uses email sign-in with a one-time code, provided by Cloudflare Access, to identify the individual firm account owner. Profiles, opportunity decisions, notes, reported issues, plan preferences, and outcomes are stored to operate the service. Firms see selected anonymized briefs first. A named introduction requires a customer approval link; approval time and version are recorded before the operator can release contact details. Anyone holding that approval link can approve it, so keep the link private. Operator review remains required. No payment information is collected in this release.

Firm resource tools and consultations

If you request a consultation, we store your firm and contact details, topic, timing, general notes, and consent in the operator workspace so Libro Lantern can review and respond. No automatic calendar booking or candidate outreach occurs. ZIP lookups send only the entered ZIP code to Zippopotam.us to retrieve an approximate area location; lookup failure does not prevent a service request. ZIP-based distance calculations are approximate and are not coverage or licensing verification.

Your choices

Submitting a request permits contact about that request, not an unrelated marketing subscription. To correct or delete a request, reply to the operator when contacted and include your request reference. Before public launch, a dedicated privacy contact must be configured and displayed here.

The service does not promise a match, a response deadline, professional advice, or a specific outcome. Verify credentials and agree scope, fees, and engagement terms directly with any firm.
